Resumen

This new century represents a challenge for the eight countries that in the year 2004 joined the European Union, these countries are Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia. Agriculture is the topic of interest in this thesis where we analyze the big challenge that the enlargement of the European Union market to integrate de agricultural sectors of these eight countries represent.
